We currently do not have a physical store.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from DHL or PostNL within 2 to 3 hours with your track & trace link. This allows you to follow your order step by step.

We ship worldwide but currently we only focus on the Netherlands & Belgium.

All our products are shipped in a plain shipping package that fits through the letterbox. This way your package will always be delivered by the delivery person. (even if you are not at home)

Ordered before 17:00 on weekdays, delivered the next day. DHL or PostNL delivers packages from Monday to Saturday.

We always offer free shipping. We do this because we unfortunately cannot offer a pick-up option and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

With 'KLARNA Pay later' you pay for your order afterwards as soon as you have received it and decided to keep it. This way you never pay for what you send back.

You fill in your name, address, city, email address and other details that you always have at hand and you pay when it suits you during the payment term of 14 days.

Paying afterwards with Klarna is safe and easy. You can find the payment details of your purchase on the invoice you receive from us. Of course, you can always look up the payment details by logging in to the Klarna App.

It may happen that you have not received everything you ordered. It may be that a product has to be delivered and/or that we forgot to add it to the package. Feel free to send us an e-mail and we will solve this for you immediately.

We do everything we can to deliver jewelry of the highest quality. That is also the reason why we offer a lifetime guarantee on all purchases. If your jewelry breaks, fades in color and/or is damaged, you are entitled to a free one-time replacement. If we do not have your product in stock or is the product no longer in our range? All our products have a base of premium 316I stainless steel. The jewelry is produced with the utmost precision and dipped 5 times in an 18 carat gold or 925 sterling silver bath after production. The products are therefore provided with a 5 micron gold or silver layer.

All jewelry is delivered in a luxury jewelry box with a blank letterbox package around it.

All jewelry we offer is of high quality but like all other jewelry, it is also vulnerable. Store the jewelry dry if possible and when not in use, store it in the jewelry box provided. Carefully clean your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth to prevent scratches.

Naturally, all pendants come with a matching chain.

Yes, it is possible to shower and swim with our jewelry.

At AmericanGold we strive for 100% satisfaction. Are you not completely happy with your purchase? No problem - you can easily return your order.

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt .

The item must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging .

Jewelry must not be worn when returned.

Please send us an email with your order number and which product you wish to return.

Please pack the product well and send it back to our return address (shipping costs are at your own expense).

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it within 14 days .

After inspection, we will contact you with a suitable solution: a refund, exchange or store credit.
